By accessing and using OfficePro360 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

OfficePro360 provides a comprehensive workforce management platform including HR management, task tracking, payroll processing, attendance management, and performance analytics (collectively, "the Service").

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are as stated on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
Failed payments may result in service suspension
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

4.3 Free Trial

Free trials are available for 14 days. No credit card required. Trial converts to paid subscription unless canceled before trial end.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Upload malicious code or viruses
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with Service operation
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Resell or redistribute the Service
Reverse engineer our software

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you input
You grant us license to process your data to provide the Service
You can export your data at any time
We will delete your data upon account termination (subject to legal retention requirements)

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by OfficePro360 and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

Perform scheduled maintenance
Make emergency updates
Modify or discontinue features
Suspend service for violations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFICEPRO360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfficePro360, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will cease
You may export your data within 30 days
No refunds will be provided for prepaid periods
Data will be deleted after 90 days

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
