How it works
- 1Admin opens the office in Geo-Fence settings, clicks "Add Zone", hits "Use my GPS" to drop a pin at the office.
- 2Sets radius (e.g., 100m) and picks enforcement mode (strict recommended for factories, warn for offices).
- 3Employees check in from mobile or web — GPS auto-validated against the zone. Outside zone → blocked or flagged depending on mode.
- 4HR reviews the violations dashboard weekly, accepts/flags/dismisses each, and grants exemptions as needed.
