How it works

  1. 1Admin opens the office in Geo-Fence settings, clicks "Add Zone", hits "Use my GPS" to drop a pin at the office.
  2. 2Sets radius (e.g., 100m) and picks enforcement mode (strict recommended for factories, warn for offices).
  3. 3Employees check in from mobile or web — GPS auto-validated against the zone. Outside zone → blocked or flagged depending on mode.
  4. 4HR reviews the violations dashboard weekly, accepts/flags/dismisses each, and grants exemptions as needed.
